The "Unknown Metadata Category" error message appears when you try to set a metadata category in your account, but you do not have the necessary permissions to do so. This error occurs because you are in the Professional User Tier, and this feature is only available to Expert Level User Tier users.
What is the difference between Professional and Expert Level User Tiers?
Our platform has two user tiers: Professional and Expert Level. Professional users have access to a range of features, including the ability to set metadata categories during onboarding or through our Customer Care team during the active usage period. Expert Level users have access to additional features, including the ability to set metadata categories at any time through the platform's interface.
Why can't I set metadata categories if I'm in the Professional User Tier?
Metadata categories are a feature that is only available to Expert Level users. This is because metadata categories can have a significant impact on how your account is organized and how data is processed.
