If you are advised to return your sensors to us, or if you do not need them anymore, you can ship them back to us (Cital by Valenco GmbH). Please follow the below instructions to make sure that the sensor reach Valenco GmbH correctly.
1. If applicable, please make sure you deactivate the sensors before you send them back to us.
2. You can use any carrier you want there is no special one.
3. Prepare a proforma invoice: as customs want to know for what these sensors are being used to, they need some information about them and the material they are made of. Therefore, please put the following description on the invoice:
“We would herewith like to declare the intent of use of the delivered product. The delivered goods will be used to measure temperature and moisture in agricultural outdoor applications. They will be used as probes in the soil to determine the indicated parameters. The material, they are made of is polyethylene and aluminum.”
