If you are advised to return your sensors to us, or if you do not need them anymore, you can ship them back to us (Cital by Valenco GmbH). Please follow the below instructions to make sure that the sensor reach Valenco GmbH correctly.

1. If applicable, please make sure you deactivate the sensors before you send them back to us.

2. You can use any carrier you want there is no special one.

3. If you are shipping the sensors from outside of Switzerland, please prepare a proforma invoice. For shipments within Switzerland this is not necessary. 

Please put the following description on the proforma-invoice:

“We would herewith like to declare the intent of use of the delivered product. The delivered goods will be used to measure temperature and moisture in agricultural outdoor applications. They will be used as probes in the soil to determine the indicated parameters. The material, they are made of is polyethylene and aluminum.”
