In a company, expert users have the ability to create and set up new Metadata Objects and Categories. These individuals have a deep understanding of the subject matter and are responsible for organizing and managing relevant data. This high level of expertise helps to prevent any issues that could arise from improper data input.

Professional users within the company can benefit from the work of expert users by utilizing the Metadata Objects and Categories that have been created. However, it is essential to note that professional users do not have the capability to set up their own Metadata Objects and Categories. This restriction is in place to maintain the integrity of the data and prevent any errors that could be introduced by less experienced users.

Users in the other tiers (Basic & Confident) cannot access metadata objects and categories created by experts as these features are not included in these tiers by default.
